I have an exercise/AA fusion method which has worked for me. I walk every evening for 45 minutes to an hour and after I get warmed up (which seems important??) I recite "How It Works". Sometimes my mind will wander off but I always keep going until I have said it all the way thru. It seems when I can say it straight thru with no restarts are the days when I am most serene. I always feel much improved afterwards in any case. The exercise seems to help the Meditation sink deeper - if that makes sense????
